This is everything I've consumed today. What do you guys think? Is this OK? I think I should be eating a little more but I'm not sure what.

    depending on your stats and exercise routine you may require some more carbs, go for slow digesting complex carbs for those sources.

    newfiedan - I'm going to swap the bread in the morning for some oatmeal, what do you think?

    popsicle - yup enjoyed eating it. was bland at times, need to learn how to season properly lol!

    breakingthecycle - this is only day 1. I'm sure I'm going to slip up occasionally ;p

    Also, random question I thought I'd ask while I'm here, anyone find chicken breast fillets shrink while you cook them? I'm saute'ing and they're literally half the size when fully done.
