                    Other than prescription medicine and protein drinks, what pills or supplements do you take for your health and fitness. List from most important to you to least. Describe briefly benefits you notice or expect. Mine are:
Men's multivitamin - keeps me healthy and balanced
Glucosamine/Chondritin - 2 triple strength daily keeps my joints from creaking and aching.
Asprin - 2 daily keeps my blood thin
Fish Oil - I just started and hope is helps my skin shrink as my girth shrinks. The mental benefits won't hurt either

 The same but also a Vitamin D supplement (especially during the winter) and Vitamin C when I can't get orange juice or grapefruit juice.0

            I take fish oil, vitamin E, calcium, and iron every day.0

            multi vitamin & multi mineral, fish oil, probiotic and vitamin c!0

            primrose oil - mood
 omegas (fish & flax) - moods, and my diet lacks it
 calcium + d - bone health
 calcium + mag + d - bone health (magnesium at night to help relax)
 Vit D (400iu) - because I live in Canada, and don't get enough sun in the winter - Eh!
 Vit C - fights off germs
 Youth Juice - lots of anti oxidants
 Vit B complex - energy0

 Flaxseed oil--healthier for you than fish oil
 Kelp--nutritional seaweed
 Ginseng--mental boost0

            I take calcium and potassium to avoid these inherited leg cramps that my ballerina Grandmother claims she gave me. 
 I take melatonin at night to help me sleep.
 Kava Kava is my newest herb that I've replaced for 'scripts for anxiety (also handed down to me from my grandmother). She's so giving. 0 0

            Vitamin D as my blood tests revealed a deficiency.
 Other than my daily prescribed meds, that's it.
 I might have to try that Glucosamine/Chondritin combo. My knees are getting kinda creaky too.0

            mine are on my food diary every day *L*.. i count everything *LOL* so made a category just for 'supplements'0

 Cinnamon for blood sugar/insulin regulation
 Calcium w/ Vit D for bones
 Biotin for nails/hair0

            Pre-natal vitamin... not just for pregnant women. :happy:0
