Eating your fats

I have been looking at how many carbs and proteins i need and what they are and it says how much fat i need to eat but I don't know what the good fats are that i should be eating?

Look for the polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. They are mostly found in nuts and in plant products.
Try to stay away from saturated and trans fats.0 -
Eat soy, tofu, meat, nuts, seeds, alvocados, olive oil, and dairy for good fats. Avoid boxed food prducts and processed foods (which contain trans fats).0
