1200 Calorie Diary

Looking to see if anyone out there who's daily goal is 1200 calories would mind sharing their food diary. Unfortunately, I can't eat the same things over and over again and I've run out of ideas. I don't wanna become discouraged about my food and end up going back to old habits. Hoping to get some inspiration and see what works and what doesn't. Sometimes staying under the 1200 cal goal is difficult, especially if I don't work out that day.

    mine is public... 1200 cal... (notes at bottom of each day's diary to explain what i did with all the 'stuff' listed *L*)

    (today was pizza for lunch.. soooooooo good!)

    You're welcome to look at mine but I eat very simply. Very few carbs etc.

    I would love to share mine if I could figure out how to make it not private! I just joined so any help would be appreciated. I also only get 1200 cal which is why I work out! :)

    I don't post my diary but only because I've been tracking my stuff on my personal document for awhile and just don't have extra time to duplicate the effort when I have a system that works easier for me. My general strategy is this:

    Breakfast ~ 200-250 cals
    Lunch ~ 250-300 cals
    Dinner & Snacks - the bulk and Balance

    Some examples of options for what I eat

    Breakfast - Light Frappuchino, Smoothie, fruit,oatmeal, Breakfast sandwich (light bread, skinny cow, egg beaters)
    Lunch - Salad, light sandwich, fruit, veggies, lean cuisine or smartones meal, leftover from the night before
    Dinner - balanced meal
    Snacks - fruit, veggies, fat free and/or sugar free jello or pudding, nuts, popcorn (100 cal bag), some 100 calorie snacks

    I will add request you and you are free to look at mine! I just went back to a 1200/cal day from 1450 < that was waaay too much to be eating and my weight loss slowed down quite a bit...... My diary is not perfect, since its my first day back at 1200, but you are welcome to look!
