Net carb question

So at the end of the day, when all is said, done, and completed, do you subtract ALL fiber grams from carb grams to get net grams??

Yes, duh me! I meant net carbs. So total carbs grams less total fiber grams equals net carb grams.

    Are you talking about net carbs or net fiber? If net carbs then:

    Net carbs = Carbs - Fiber

    For net fiber I am not sure.

    I do it that way carbs-fiber=net carbs for the day.
