That one is walking pace of 4.0 if that helps. I log it as walking with that pace.
  • Because of al lthe arm movements and use of weights I log them as Aerobics, Low-Intensity or Areobics, General, depending on how I'm feeling at the end of the workout. I just love her videos.

Hi, I read on Leslie's website that for every mile you walk, you burn 100 calories. Also if you walk with boosters or weights, it said that burns 125-150 calories per mile. You can just add the exercise in yourself or add it in as walking fast pace. Some people even log it as aerobic exercise. I wish they had more exercises in the list. Hope this helps and good luck to you:)
