      wow, you're way samller than me and lost way more than I have been. I`m sure it becasue i haven`t been doing as much cardio. 5/6 times a week is really impressive. I go 4 times a week usually, sometimes 5, sometimes 3 tho. I should do like you and go more often. Those are some sick results!

      I loooove a good cardio session! Makes you feel so good afterwards. I've not done any strength yet, going to just focus on the cardio until I reach my goal weight.. almost there!
