How do I develop a workout plan?

I want to lose about 25 pounds. I'm 5' and 140 at the moment... I have a treadmill and elliptical at my disposal. I also have an Xbox with Kinect and a Wii. I am just starting to try and develop a good workout plan...something I can stick with. Does anyone have any good advice or direction on where I can look to try and develop a good plan to reach my goal weight by this summer? Thanks so much in advance :)

    I don't really have a "plan." I walk around the building at work when I can sneak in a 10 minute break ( 1/3 mile) and work in a youtube belly dance work out (usually in three 10 minute segments) in the evenings when I can. For me, a "schedule" just doesn't work. Good luck with your weight loss!!
