    Wow ... you look amazing ... and I have been looking for people who have done the shred to see some results. I started about 2 days ago and I will stick wiht it to the end.

    Let me ask you, is the shred the only thing your doing or have you incorporated other exercises? Also, are you following a meal plan?

    Okay, I don't know many more times I can see this amazing Shred pics before I just buy it already. I'm not really a fan of working out at home, but I -am- a fan of looking that great, so.....
