This is a great easy Smoothie and 1 serving is only 50 calories per serving!!!

For 2 servings: 50 Calories PER SERVING

One Cup of Skim Milk

2 big handfuls or so of ice (add or subtract to your liking)

4 packets of Splenda

1 tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract

Blend until desired thickness. Pour into tall glasses and sprinkle Cinnamon if desired!!!

These Smoothies taste Awesome and are very filling to take the edge off when those unwanted cravings come along!!!
