Slightly Active or Active?

does doing jillian michaels 30 day shred plus 10 minutes of calisthenics count as being active? not to mention i chase my almost 2 year old nephew around all day and pick up his toys...
active? or slightly active?

sorry just trying to figure out what to put on my goals...

also, if thats just slightly active, what can i do to be more active thats realistic for RIGHT now so i dnt give up and start slacking

    I would put it as slightly active and then record your exercise calories separately. If you already factor your exercise into your activity levels you can't really add it on aswell? Hope that makes sense x

    I agree too. Activity level is about your general lifestyle. Exercise is undertaking a specific workout.

    I think the active or slightly active should be based on you normal daily activities besides exercise. Does your job require lots of moving around, or do you sit on a desk. Do you clean your house everyday, or a couple times a week. Do you chase your kids around? Stuff like that.

    I also agree! Exercise should be logged separate... the rest should be your normal everyday activities... work, babysitting, housecleaning, shopping, etc. etc....
