Want to lose 10 in 10

Hi I'm new here and hoping that tracking what I eat and how much I exercise will help me eat lose weight. I am trying to lose 1 pound per week, or 10 pounds in 10 weeks. That's reasonable, right?

    1lb a week is the ideal but...as you only have 10lb to lose you might find it comes off slower than that. It might fly off as you start eating different but don't be downhearted it its doesnt.

    10 in 10 is quite reasonable, but keep in mind that you're already really, REALLY close to your goal, so it might take a little longer. It might not, too. :smile:
  • really depends how much you weigh right now...
    i'm only 130 and i'm trying to lose 15lbs and so far i've been loosing 1.5lbs every week...
    so i'm pretty sure you can lose the 10lbs sooner than 10wks.
