I have been keeping track of myself for 10 days now on this site writing my blogs about being accountable and have been complaining that nothing is happening when in reality i haven't really given myself the kick in the butt that i need I haven't been working out like i should be and i haven't been staying within my calories- so I am gonna try super duper hard today to stay within my calories.
My husband gave me the kick in the butt that i needed last night he said babe you really haven't been doing what you know you should be doing- he said your going over your calories everyday your not working out (he didnt say it that nice though and he through in some other things but wasnt putting me down we are just really blunt) So he is right its amazing because I have been on MFP since May when I couldnt shed the last few pounds for my original goal and I did good I worked out 6 days a week stayed well within my calories but then I took 2 months off when my husband came home from Iraq gained 9lbs and now that I am starting up again to lose those 9lbs and hit a new goal of my ideal weight I seem to have forgotten what to do. I bored with my old workout routine and I forget what foods i ate for breakfast, am snack, lunch, pm snack, and dinner.
