I'm new here!

Hello!
I've just started using myfitnesspal. But this is not the beginning of my weight loss journey. I've currently lost 30 lbs since July of 2010. Now I need to focus on staying motivated and keeping the weight off as well as working toward my goal of losing another 15-20lbs.

I'm married. No children yet. That is one of my main reasons for getting into shape. I want to me healthy for my children!
