If we could please post to this thread weekly because the other one was getting long and it was starting to be difficult to follow when updating the spreadsheet!
Hope everyone has a skinny week!
As for challenges... How about a new one?
Walk around the block 10 times each day or for 20 minutes whichever is more feasible...
It's on top of your regular work out routine, so if you already do it, do more!
Think that might be the start of getting us moving!0 -

How's everyone doing with the challenge this week. To be honest I haven't worked out in 3 days... I'm off to the gym as soon as my breakfast digests a little. I work 12 hour night shifts (i'm a nurse) and those nights are pretty brutal so its hard for me to get up earlier and go to the gym.

I'm not doing amazing this week... I'm working straight evening and that makes it hard for me to get to the gym or exercise at all. I'm trying to eat decently though, and not cave to the food at work lol Hopefully that off-sets the lack of exercise a little bit0
