    Lost 4.2 lbs since the challenge started. Which is amazing because I haven't lost weight in awhile. Sad to say though is the only way I lose weight is if I don't eat my exercise calories. Last month I tried eating my exercise calories and I lost maybe a pound or two.

    4/4 weight: 145.0lbs (-1.8lbs)
    Mother's day goal: 136.8lbs

    Yesterday, I was at 161.8.

    3/ 28 SW: 146.8lbs
    4/4 weight: 145.0lbs (-1.8lbs)
    4/11 weight: 145.6lbs (+0.6) not happy yesterday was 144.2 but had lot of sodium yesterday and not as mych water so probably retaining a little I hope I can still make my goal. This is the first time I have weighed and recorded a gain:frown:
