As I've told you before... i'm sick, my boyfriend is gone for a couple of weeks, work is mucho stressful and now my car/renter's insurance has been cancelled because they say I didn't pay them and I did... i didn't get their bill so it was late but they called me and I paid with my debit card and now they said my account is $13 short so I am cancelled! WTF?

I sooooo want a break but I can't get one (I have traffic ticket class all day tomorrow) I have eaten almost all my calories and I just want to eat! A total pig out... a nutritional message of "screw this"

Ugh! I have no one to talk to (they say phone or talk with a friend), go for a walk (its night and cold) take a bath... I've already taken a shower... Agh!

  • Punching bag? Damn, they can seriously help. It's always good to keep one around, you get your work out, and you get that frustration out. :wink:

    Sorry to hear about your troubles, but food will probably just make you feel worse in the end, maybe sit ups and push ups? Anything beneficial to work out some agression.

    *pats you on the back* it will be ok. I understand that sometimes you can't exercise like outside because its too cold. I know that I live in Minnesota. Maybe put some happy music on the radio or a cd and then dance. Just dance until you feel happy. :flowerforyou:
  • I feel for you. Days like that cannot end like that soon enough. At least tomorrow you will get one annoying thing out of the way. So you already showered.....how bout turning on the type of music you love and singing your lil heart out. I don't know but sometimes that does help me! It's an alternative to screaming I suppose! And seriously, can they cut you that quick? That has got to be frikkin stressful...ugh. The punching bag sounds like a great idea by the way. Maybe I will get one!

    To bad drinking is full of calories too! lol

    The punching bag thing does sound good... I'll have to get one of those weeble wobble ones since I don't think my landlord will let me have a hang from the ceiling one. Music sound good too. (my tv is on the fritz too tonight agh! So, watching my favorite show is out)

    Ugh! And the Struggle continues! I actually was good last night and didn't go over my calories... this morning was my usual weigh in and I didn't lose anything!!!! I've been so good all week.!

    Hi and welcome.........I can feel your pain!! I've tried every diet and gimmick going to lose weight and keep sabotaging myself on the weekends (beer, pizza, etc....)
    Keep in touch and maybe we can stay strong together!!
