What does "par-boil" mean? This sounds fantastic!

Its where you don't boil them all the way. Only about halfway...

I made dinner inspired by this tonight, basically added some chicken and tomato and it was lush!

I made this last night and it was delicious! "Noodles" were a bit soft for my liking so i think im going to skip the boiling next time. I also threw in some chicken, roasted zuchini, yellow squash and lil cayenne pepper! YUM!

this was so delicious! i made it for dinner tonight. i added about a cup of fresh baby spinach to the carrots instead of onion, and used garlic salt, oregano, and italian seasoning with a plain canned garlic tomato pasta sauce. it was amazing how the carrots really tasted like pasta! being italian i love pasta so this will definately be on my top ten list. thanks for the idea :)
