 I've recently discovered brussel sprouts, and found myself eating a late-night bowl of them for a snack one weekend. I can totally relate! Nothing wrong with discovering that you enjoy taking care of yourself.
Only if your focus on exercise/healthy eating is interfering with otherwise healthy relationships, your job/school, etc. should an intervention be needed...0 -
LOVE Brussel Sprouts!!
Doesn't it feel so good to know you've made a lifestyle change and not just a quick diet move!!
I say HOORAY for you girl and keep it up!0 -

No question about it, APPLAUSE! Brussel sprouts ROCK! I have always like them since I was a kid. You should feel great about the change in lifestyle and attitude. Though you can still watch those chick flicks if you want.:laugh:0

I "hated" brussel sprouts growing up--oh yeah I never ate them but I "knew" I hated them. Then about 6 months a go a young child said that she loved them. Hmmmmm maybe I should actually try them since this 10 year old said they were her favorite. Oh Yeah I LOVE THEM now. eat them about once a week even planted some in the green house this year. You dont need intervention--you have intervened on yourself--congrats on a great life change0
