Hi, I'm new and am excited about joining. I was just wondering how often I should weigh myself.

    Best thing to do is take measurements - waist, chest, butt, wrist, arms, neck - if you exercise and eat healthy you will notice a reduction in those areas - but maybe not on the scale - try not to get too hung up on the scale - remember this is a process and a life style change .. I weigh once a week.

    Great advice, thanks! I really don't want to be all about the scale, and the measurement thing is a good alternative.
