[WHEN I EXERCISE EVERYDAY.. ..] -i feel smaller. -i have more confidence. -it boosts my mood. -i keep up with the house &;; laudry. -my work performance is better. -i cook diner regularly. -i take better care of myself. -i crave water. -i feel stronger. -i dont binge. -im more productive. -i eat better foods. .. .. .. ( i can go on &;; on tht isnt neccesary. theres not ONE good reason for me to not exercise everyday!. since theres no excuses, theres absolutley noo reason for me to quit. QUITING IS NOO LONGER AN OPTION. ive done really well since the 8th of this month &;; i am not gonna let stress and a few days of giving up put me back where i started!. I REFUSE TO GIVE UP ON MYSELF!!. :)

    I totally agree with you. I had
    a hard time to start, but I'm glad I didn't give
    up, i feel a huge difference in my energy levels.

    I second this ! The days i don't work out i feel like a piece of crap.. i sometime eat a lot too because i feel guilty :(
