I don't know of any on-line but if you have cable tv - Comcast on demand has lots of free exercises - only a short zumba - about 6 minutes but there are some dance ones from Billy Blanks Jr. and others whose name I don't know that last up to 45 minutes.
  • Anyone know how to calculate the calories burned by doing Zumba? Like I want to post in my exercise diary that I did 15 mins of Zumba at a time but not sure the calories burned totals. Did not see Zumba listed in the exercise database.

Yeah I tried to do the Billy Blanks JR workout once but like I'm so goofy that I couldn't stop laughing at the people long enough to really get serious

@Vee I'm going to look them up thanks =]

@Red I have no idea this will be my first time trying Zumba out
  • I found one on YT that looks fun so far. I didn't even know people uploaded full length WO's on there. I'll post more for anyone else looking for vids as I find them =]

  • I would get a HRM (heart rate monitor), it is great; it helps you push yourself a bit harder if you don't work hard enough. *smiles*
