Trying to adjust the diet.... What is the best type of rice - i.e. more fibre, less cals, less carbs etc.etc. - THANKS!!

I eat all kinds of rice all the time and it hasn't stopped me losing :O)

We buy uncle ben's long grain brown rice. We make it in a rice cooker....mmmmmm!0

Try replacing your rice with Quinoa...still has calories and some carbs but so much better for you.
if not do Brown rice.
I've pretty much cut rice, bread, pasta and potatoes from my day to day diet all together.0 -
I've never had Quinoa, but have heard good things about it....how do I prepare?0
