I recently started working out and now my body is always in pain. I was told that eating protein would help however I don't eat much meat. Does anyone have any suggestions on what foods other than meat are a good source of protein???

Try Shrimp........it's loaded with protein. Chicken, Fish etc.
If you need added protein, you can get a Protein Mix-use Whey Protein and 1 scoop with 1 cup non-fat milk = 38 grams protein.0 -
If you don't eat meat - nuts, nut butters, eggs, cheese, hummus.0

Greek yogurt is one of my morning staples. 16-18 grams of protein depending on flavor and brand.0
