Arm Questions

Ok so I weigh 250 and HATE my arms. I am 21 and I know they say we have more "elastic" in our skin so it helps from saggy skin. Currently they are 17 inches. I remember seeing someone many years ago who looked like she had lost a lot of weight but she had really big arms still. I am super paranoid i am going to loose weight and either A) have really saggy arms with extra skin or B) nothing will happen and they stay the same. Anyone have any thoughts or tips I would really appreciate it!! Thank you =)

    Strength train! Spend time building up the muscles in your arms so that the fat is lifted and they shrink more slowly.

    Well I don't have any tips but I can relate! I HATE MY ARMS! I used to live in tank tops in the summer and now I won't even wear them out of the house, I feel like no matter how much I lose(I've lost a lot of weight before) they didn't get much smaller :-(

    If you find the secret let me know because I want Madonna arms at my wedding this summer, LOL!

    I have lost a lot of weight (prior to joining here) and my arms managed to shrink for the most part--- they're saggy underneath but strength training has helped them quite a bit. Batwings, they call them..... hehe.

    Thank you!! Yea I think im going to just do a little bit of arms everyday different ways to make sure i get every noke and cranny I can o get rid of my upside down muscle and get actual nice muscles lol

    Im 24 and my arms definitely lost weight with me...just be patient!
