    (hoping I did this right) this was me in 2006... I weighed about 200 lbs, I was unhappy, depressed and miserable. Then I decided to do something about it and haven't looked back!

    this is from last month! I'm about 60 lbs lighter here and loving life a lot more! I'm addicted to working out and try to eat healthy more often than not! I'm not perfect and have had my gains and losses over the years but very proud that I've kept the weight off for so long and I plan to keep if off the rest of my life! I'm relatively new to MFP--been here about 3 weeks--however I'm not new to logging what I eat! I think it's a helpful tool when achieving your goals, and I love to convince of being able to do it right on my phone! I've lost about 6 lbs since I joined MFP and am looking to lose 10-15 more! with patience, persistence, and MFP I know I can do it! Please feel free to add me! I will share my trials and errors, what I've learned over the last 5 years, and give advice wherever I can--and always asking advice myself!

      I remember that summer... I am so proud of what both of us have set our minds to accomplish this!! I really need to find some good before and after pics to throw up here... I am blown away by the difference in the quality of my life and my TRUE happiness!!

      I thought I was "happy" when I was fat too, but now I truly know what I was missing out on... Thanks for being part of the process!! I remember when we all very first started working out together, and I'd love to workout with you now for sure!!
