I have heard good things about this website. New to this program and am hoping it works! I have gone up and done and am really frustrated and unhappy with where I am right now. Want to lose in the end about 40 pounds but am starting with my first goal of 15 pds. Hope I can make it!!

    Welcome! I joined about 4-6 weeks ago, but didn't use the community support (and didn't get very far!). I am just now reaching out, and am kind of excited about sharing this journey with other woman going through the same thing. Hope you have a great day! (Feel free to add me as a friend).

    HI all,

    I'm trying to get myself back into shape after many years of exercise I have just given up and not trained in two years after ill heath and lack of motivation. So going to give it my best shot this time :-)
