Workout at your desk!

If you're a cubicle warrior like I am, then you may wonder what you can do to get some exercise in during some long days at your desk. Here are some exercise you can do to pass the time! Also, you can do lunges, squats, standing inner/outer thigh... but one my favorites is that every time I use the restroom, I do no less than 75 incline pushups on the bathroom counter. In some or the bathrooms, there are benches that I'm able to do tricep dips on. Try putting some of these exercises in your daily routine, wait a week.... and I'm sure you'll see results just like I have! Hope this helps some of you! : )
