i'm new (ish) to this site i mean ive been on here about a month or so and was just curious as to what NSV stands for?

    an example of a NSV would be fitting into your old size 9 jeans, or being able to run a mile when before you couldn't run for 30 seconds!

    NSV is a NON SCALE VICTORY...for example..fit into a smaller size...you see collar bones that were never there before...compliments you receive...anything. They are a HUGE part of our journey. Watch for them.
