    I am game for the free weights during the commercials, I just got done doing my 45 mins of cardio so I am hot and sweaty and ready to watch. I think Heba needs to go home.

    Awww awesome job! Good for you! I lifted my hand weights for the whole commercial but ACK that last commercial break felt LONG! lol And I didn't have time to go to the bathroom...so now I'm sure I'm burning calories dancing around while I wait for the next commercial break LOL

    Oh I know...I was all for the yellow and red teams...but now it's black all the way...the Amys are the only things saving the blue team...

    yeah black is def. my favorite too just because of their attitudes.
    attitude make such a difference it seems.

    the only person i like on the blue is Amy.
    i can kinda relate to her, which is why i wanna see her do well, but the black team win lol

    Okay...I have done arms...hips...and thighs with my weights and Beautiful U exerciser...and I just did knee lifts during the last break...yay!

    omg did Vicky really just say "I knew no matter what I weighed I wasn't going home."?!?!?

    and she's the one in the episode where Coleen's dad went home that said, "when I found out only one family member had to go home I wasn't worried because I knew Brady would go home and I'd get to stay here..."

    UGH VICKY! Go home, go home, go home!
