Hello ladies.. sorry I have been slacking recently, my lap band has been acting up and I can't eat! So I am frustrated and basically have no energy. I want to give up! BUT I won't! YIKES.. anyway week 3 weigh-in.

Gain of .2 lbs.. oh well! I knew it wouldn't be good, but at least it is now a lot!!! Good luck all!!! Keep up the awesome work!!!!

Great job everyone! I opted out of weighing in today because it's my TOM and I'm extremely bloated...so I knew the scales weren't going to be very nice.

I'm terrible about weighing in on Wednesdays! After a 2wk hiatus from working out and tracking calories, I've actually LOST weeight! Weighed in this AM at 138.2 (a 2lb loss from the last mtg with the scale).
It feels great to be back at the gym right now!0 -
