Yoga DVDs?

I've done yoga classes at the gym and used to belong to a yoga studio, but I've not been in quite some time. I'm curious if there are others that do yoga following a DVD that could give me some recommendations as to which ones are good. I'm planning to make yoga part of my morning routine and I'm probably at an intermediate level. Suggestions anyone?

Yes - I also love Rodney Yee! You can find his DVDs at Target or Walmart
  • I like the Jillian Michaels - Yoga Meltdown, and Bethenny Frankel's Body by Bethenny!

Trudy Styler (yes, Sting;s wife) has a great card yoga dance DVD that I enjoy doing.

I like the Yogaworks Series (I get mine via cable OnDemand, though) and I'm at the beginner's level. But there are more advanced DVD's in the series.

Thanks for all the suggestions thus far! I guess I should have explained that I'd really like a gentle, more flowing kind of DVD rather than cardio first thing in the morning (my body takes a while to get going!). I don't know if that changes the suggestions...

Doesn't change my reply at all - Rodney Yee DVDs are all gentle, flowing yoga!

Great, thank you! I will look for some of his stuff.

Lately I've been hooked on Bob Harper's Yoga for the Warrior. It's not as (what's the word I'm looking for...) sweat-inducing maybe? LOL as his other DVDs or even Jillian's Yoga Meltdown but it's still a good workout.
  • I would hardcore recommend Sara Ivanhoe's work. I have a set that has like 6 twenty minute workouts that each target a specific part of the body, but at the same time they aren't super strenuous, and you can do a few in a row if you want more of a workout. And, she is very soothing and calm, without having the weird mystic-mentality that a lot of yoga people have that weirds me out.

LOL. I like the weird mystic mentality!! =D

But I will check her out--I kinda like the idea of having a soothing female lead.

Rodney Yee rocks! Get the Power one... for intermediate level. He is very free flowing, he does tend to transition pretty fast, lots of downward dog, he does talk ALOT, so sometimes I just turn it down and watch.... Every second he says something and if he isn't change position he is telling you to inhale or exhale...
