What is your goal weight? I just got down to 121 and changed my calorie goal to maintain weight but I want to know what is your goal weight. :ohwell:

My goal weight is 125-130 and I am 5'4 but I weigh 117 right now. I think I might feel heavy at 130 so once I get to 125 I will see then!0

I'm 5'4", and my goal weight is 135 lbs. That's what I weighed when I met my husband. Right now, I have 8 lbs to go.
Once I get down to 135 lbs, I might change my goal weight to 130 lbs, I`m not sure yet. I guess it all depends on how I look and feel at 135 lbs.0 -
Technically I am only 5' 1 3/4" or 5' 1.75" .. so I'm not quite 5' 2" even but I'm close! My goal weight was 116 so that I had a total of 60 pounds to lose but I'm thinking I might change it. I think I'm rather big for my size/height. And by big I mean possibly big boned or just bigger built?
I currently weigh 138.2 and am definitely not happy. Pictures are always a helper for me. What's your goal weight??0 -
I don't have a specific goal weight per se... more like a range. I'm 5'2" and current weight is 123. I'm very close to looking and feeling what I would consider ideal so I'm thinking maybe another 5-8 lbs. Just really going to see how it goes and then when I hit my "ideal" switch my goals to maintain.0

I am just about 5'4 started MFP at 129 and want to get down to 120. I have lost 2 pounds so far hoping to get down to 120 and then maintain it. :happy:0

It depends on your bone structure. I think I am naturally a larger bone structure, so my goal weight will have to be a little higher, at around 130. I could go down as low as 110 and still be in my healthy range, but I assume that will look sickly skinny on me. It just depends on what you're comfortable with. When I get down to that range I may want to lose a few more pounds to be as confident as I can be.0

My official goal is 135 but I think I want to be 130 (and have my range be between 125 and 135)0

I am 5'3...(: Current goal is to be at 120 but I keep seeing Ideal weights at 115. Once I hit 120...I will probably shoot for that last 5 lbs just because I like challenges and am never satisfied with myself!0

I am currently 5'3" and I am 146 pounds. I was 155 so I am on the right track. I have a pear shape so it is hard to loose. I would be happy around 124 which is what I was when I graduated from college. In high school I was about 117 so I would love that. I think around 125 is reasonable and good for me.

I'm a shortie as currently 193 (started at 20). I have not been under 160 since I was in grade school so I figure if I can get just to a healthy BMI (which is like 105-140) then I'll be doing pretty good. I would like about 130 but we'll see how it goes.0

My goal is 128. I started at 143, as of this morning down to 133, so 5 more to go. The first 10 came off at about one pound per week, haven't hit a plateau since starting here, so not sure how the next 5 will go. When I hit 128 I will see how that feels but I'm guessing that will be my final goal.0

I'm 5'3" currently at 134, I'm looking to be anywhere from 120-125 or less. It really depends on how i look. So basically regardless of what the scale says i just want to look the way i want to look...lol just repeated myself..

I am around 5 foot even and I am currently fluctuating between 1380140. My goal weight would be 130, which is what I was before a layoff a couple years ago. Ever since I turned 30 it's been extra difficult to lose weight tho so my initial goal is 135, and 130 after that0

It was 145 ( I started at 230) but i'm not sure maybe 135-1400

I was around 125-130 in high school (I have HUGE quads...all the soccer and gymnastics) but now, after 2 kids and whatnot, 125 makes me look gaunt. I'd like to be be around 130-135, with 130 as my goal, but I think my body likes being at 135 right now.
I have an 'hourglass' figure...big boobs, tiny waist, and I've got hips and a booty...0 -
I am 5'2" and my Ideal Weight is 122 and my recommended weight range is between 109 & 136; So it would probably be the same for you, or at least close. I have had Thyroid problems and gained 12lbs in the last 3 months. Now that things are under control I am working off some of that weight. I got up to 137 and felt horrible, normally throughout my life I have weighed between 115 & 120. On the opposite side of that, when I went through my divorce I lost ALOT of weight; I got down to 105 and looked totally sick. Right now I am at 130, I still dont feel great but glad I am starting to take the extra weight off. My Weight Goal for now is 125.0

Same here. I'm 5'2" and was down to 117 this December but gained a few pounds. I'm at 122 right now and just want to tone up rather than worry about what the scale says at this point. I would have to say 119 is ideal for me, though.0 -
As I recall I look healthy and toned at 135 so that's my goal.0

I'm 5'2 but started at a hefty 244 pounds. I can't think past a goal of 180 right now. When I get there then I'll make a new goal.0

I don't have a specific goal really. My "ideal" weight according to BMI is like 124, but I feel that would be entirely too small for my frame (I can't tell you the last time I've weighed that light). My lightest weight in the past 5-6 years was around 130-135, so I'm shooting for 130, but if I feel I look healthy enough at 135, I'll stop there and maintain.0

I'm 5'2 and goal weight is 119
I'm currently 129. So 10 lbs to lose.
I was 154 at the beginning of last year. Goal was previously 131 as I thought I'd be skinny by than but I'm far from it. I'm aiming to be 119 and if my tummy isn't flat enough than I'll aim for 112. I've plateau for ages but planning to push myself in April to lose the weight and tone up.0 -
