Oh My God! But do you eat? Almost nothing, right?
It seems that you are trying to solve this problem by your own way, and it seem that you're not getting along.. i think that because if you keep doing what you're doing (excessive exercise, minimum calories a day ..) you'll soon find a serious health problem, something you do not want .. right? Besides, that swollen belly is due to your stomach creates gases to combat hunger, as explained the mate of the post above, and when you come back to eat, get fat because your metabolism will be greatly changed. Of course, this will only happen if you keep doing what you do.
What you must do, in my opinion, is to contact a specialist in these issues or get a diet plan that you know is 100% correct, not a diet plan where you starve yourself, but a sound plan, which do all meals and may be low in calories. Combining this with two hours of exercise a day, you'll look better than Miss World!
I WAS IN THAT SITUATION AND I USED A PROGRAM CALLED THE DIET SOLUTION, it was a little expensive for my finances (i earned little) but gave very good results, now I have a very good body. With this, I was designed a diet, exercises and tips to follow, and that well-conducted led me to success. I GIVE YOU THE LINK FROM HERE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED,YOU CAN STILL SEE THE RECIPES AND ARTICLES THAT ARE THAT ARE VERY GOOD: WWW.EASYWEIGHTLOSSPROGRAM.TK
There in the video that goes to principle explain everything, and then you can access the rest of the content. Personally I think this is the best option, at least to me because I worked many years with other diets that claimed to be miraculous slimming muchísmo but then again put on weight and was fatal, until I came to this, and now I've come I have not eaten as soon regained my former weight and I'm happy, I hope you follow my advice!0
