Hi
does anyone know any good websites that give HIT weight training programmes/routines ?
I was doing Chalean extreme but I'm getting fed up with it, I want something that doesn't take up so much time.

I love the Men's Fitness Yearlong workout. It kicks your butt and takes about 40 - 55 minutes every other day. I had to modify a few of the exercises (I can't do pullups for example) but really saw results using it:

I don't know if there's an HIIT for weight training per se, but the body for life weight training does work on the principle of building up to peaks.

It's still somewhat time consuming though. It takes me 45-55 minutes per session.0 -
Thanks I will take a look at them both0

yes the OP is confusing because i think they're asking for a HIIT weight training program but HIIT is a cardio workout0 -
