I finaly own a Bob Harer DVD. My Ultimate Cardio Body DVD just came in the mail and I just previewed and HOLY Smokes it looks Great. Probably won't be able to try it till Monday.

    I did it and it's an amazing workout! I'd totally recommend it, it has everything, a little bit of weights and cardio (mostly lunges and jumps) and he's encouraging you the entire time =)

    I love Bob, best part of the show. But I am honestly curious about one thing.... is he gay or straight? Doesn't mstter and won't change my admiration but curious.
