Ok so I figured I would start this post so I can share my own NSV and provide the countdown to all my wonderful friends on here to keep me going and motivated to finish this personal goal/NSV. Feel free to share your own!

I started a personal goal of "walking" to the Grand Canyon from Russellville, AR and the starting mileage was 1,198 and as of today I have completed 132.5 miles of that goal, leaving me with only 1065.5 left to go!!! I started like a little over a year ago and it is going to take me quite a while but with all my wonderful MFP friends I will complete this goal :-)

    That's amazing.

My NSV goal sounds ridiculous by comparison, but I want to be able to wear my Diesels again.

Not at all ridiculous. My goal is to fit in my high school cheerleading uniform again. YIKES

Tried on a pair of the Chosen Jeans today. Got them done up. I still have a massive muffin top in them, so I can't wear them in public, but I got them on. Also, my *kitten* looked MINT. :)

Awesome progress Manda! I'd like to think you're marking your progress towards the Grand Canyon on a map on your fridge

My latest MFP is I realised I ran for 55 minutes yesterday without realising it as part of my walk-to-run 10K programme and it didn't even feel like hard work! Then I remember it WAS hard work carrying round that extra 11lbs. Imagine carrying two and a half big 2-litre bottles of soda round with you when you're running - woof!
