ok so here's what i threw up on my wall just in case ya'll aren't on my friends list LOL
I'm throwing this out there. my bestie S_Dot and I are throwin down the challenge. I've fallen off the workout wagon completely. gotten lazy. and i can't live like that. So its back to getting into burnin again. THE CHALLENGE! 5 burns in 7 days. each burn 500 cal minimum burn. we have until next thursday to log these here and show that we can do this!!!! join us?
what we'll do is post here every day our burn stats and what we did just like it would be on our wall this way we can keep track of each other and push each other. this is just a way to kick start working out and really takin it seriously!
if you can't make the high cal number don't worry about it. just work out what you can. the 500 cal minimum is really for the bestie and i because we know we can do that amount. if you can, then bring it on!

I need to do this because I just started a new job a few weeks ago and I'm having a hard time getting all my workouts in. Maybe this will help me get back into the swing of things!0

burned 1375 calories doing 225 minutes of cardio exercises, including "HRM - Personal workout"
Active cooking and cleaning, Wii Active2, a nice walk, and a quick shopping trip right after work.
