...oh wait, it seems mother nature played a GREAT april fool's joke... ugh

fitness: workout 10 minutes more each day than your shortest workout from week #3
food: look at your nutritional breakdown and see which nutrient you need to cut back on or have more of (e.g., sugar, sodium, fiber, etc)
