Happy with NSV!

So last week, I had posted about how the scale wasn't moving, etc etc. But my measurements were down a bit.

Well I decided to at least try out my old pants that hadn;t fit in a year. And I was able to get into each and every one of them!! And not just 'barely able to button the top', but actually wear them comfortably!
Other compliments I got in the last few days:
My kid:"Mom you look...buff-er"
COlleagues at work:"You are glowing!"
Brother: "You look narrower!" (He is my most honest critic and best cheerleader:))

I am not sure what happened in this past week, but I think it has something to do with regular posting on my food diary, of being able to actually see what I am having for each meal and snacks. It has to do with me increasing my intake, which I never thought would be possible.

In any case, I am thrilled, and am very encouraged to keep going on!
