i'm reading this book right now. Has anyone followed the plan?

I'm not sure about the book, but I followed the 12 superfoods pre-baby when I was at my healthiest (128 - 132 lbs, 5'8", lean, mean and athletic!)
A - Almonds and other nuts (with skins intact)

B - Beans and legumes

no book needed, simply eating right and staying away from processed foods, its that simple.0
