I Had A Great Week...Made My Goal For March, Lost 5 Pounds In One Week!
And Now Im Sooooooo Hungry And My Body Feels Heavy..I Cant Make Myself Workout
And I Feel A Little Sick..Like When You Have A Fever And Your Body Is In No Mood To Move At All
How Do I Get Past This Feeling?!

    This is how PMS makes me feel every month! I even leave the gym sometimes because it just doesnt allow me to workout. During this time I make sure to eat well, stay within my allowed calories and if at all possible workout as best as I can. I go home and rest my body if the workouts dont happen

    Protein! Protein! Protein! Powder or Shakes, keeps you fuller longer. Water also helps!
