I have been using MFP on my phone for 4 days now

I currently weigh 148 and my goal right now is to lose 10lbs. I am 5' 2'' and apparently 148 is "overweight" although I do not see myself as being overweight. I would like to lose 15-20lbs and get back to where I used to be. I also need to start being more active and get my body back into shape :) Summer is coming and that is my motivation to keep trying and get the body I so much want and need.

    Welcome! I started out using MFP on my phone too! Lots easier on the website but I still use it to track my water and food when im at work!
