What has always helped me is planning ahead preparing my meal the night before so that I have my meal & healthy snacks...This prevents unhealthy snacking and just grabbing anything just to have something to eat...Working out in the morning helps me make better food decisions throughout the day...Don't want to ruin all the hard work in the a.m ^_^

    I plan my meals for a few days at a time. My schedule allows for that and it has been working. I am less likely to cheat this way!

    ditto! me too!! it's the most effective plan for weight loss and maintenance.

    Def a great way to maintain others always ask me what diet I'm doing and I tell them I'm not dieting I'm just aware of what is going into my body...Being aware makes a big difference :-D..Thanks guys!!
