would it be bad if I went from weighing in on thursdays & changed it to mondays? i think this would be better because thats when a new week starts

    I don't think it would be a problem. If this is what works for you, go for it. You Can Do It!!!!!!!

    Honestly, I weigh in twice a week. I get too curious and I don't take the 2nd weigh-in of the week too seriously if it seems off-track.

    You can swap it to whatever suits you :) I used to weigh in on Monday mornings but changed it to Friday mornings :)
