How to get motivated!

I am having some issues lately & fighting / struggling with myself to get motivated yet again! So back on Dec 6,2010 I started working out to Zumba *dvd*, then transitioned to P90X. Well I was doing GREAT..I printed out a calender & was marking down the days..weighing myself every Monday & was seeing the scale drop. Every month on the 6th, I was even taking pictures of my progress.. And it was NOTICABLE!! Very much so!! Then I came to a stand still b/c of some minor health issues so had to stop working out for awhile. Now that I'm better..and it's been about 2 wks..I feel lazy & am like "ehh I'll start tomorrow". When before I was like a phene..couldn't go ONE day w/o working out!! Eating healthy too! Now I give into my cravings more than ever.
I went to the Lake yesterday & took pics..and really see how outta shape I am..I'm just NOT happy anymore w/ myself..at my heaviest weight. But my question is..HOW do I get the *laziness* outta my head?! How do I fight those EVIL cravings?!
**You'd think after me seeing those pictures, I'd wanna start working out ASAP..but no still lazy** I just need motivation..When I see the progress pics of when I started til now..I'm like wow & that does help..but I need something more. Any advice?!

3 hours of high intensity cardio is shown to significantly slow the aging process, which is only 30 minutes 6 days a week. If for not other reason, do it to keep your cells young! :-)0

Don't make a big mission out of starting: just get up and get moving. Do little things like going up and down the stairs, parking far away and walking to the store or work, doing abs while watching tv. Add the big workouts in. Avoid the crazy calories and sit at the table whenever you eat, no distractions. All the classics. Read some of those mags like Fitness, Self, Shape, etc. Full of motivation and ideas. Read their websites, too. Good luck!0

That is true about the aging..I should keep that in mind: . And doing things while watching tv ( like abs ) is a good idea. I already park as far as I can when I go to the store, and I have a 2 story apt..so stairs I do daily lol.0

you just have to make yourself. I go through those struggles constantly. It has taken me 2 years to take off 30lbs and I finally reached the point that I am going to reach my goal no matter what. Stay strong and just tell yourself I can do this.0

Sunny Sunday everyone! I receive daily inspirations to my personal email and I thought this one would inspire MFPs ----> You are what you believe you are. Humans are powerful magicians. You have the power to make yourself what you are right now, but it's not your reasoning mind that controls your power; it's what you believe.0
