Avoiding Food Guilt

Even when I am under or right around my net calories for the day, I still feel guilty if I've indulged in a big or fatty meal (even if I worked out to compensate, and planned the splurge in advance, and all that).
Anyone have any tips on how to just enjoy a splurge and be done with it? I really don't want to be obsessed with food/calories, I want to just be able to enjoy once in a while.

This is a great question - I would also like to hear what advice others have to offer. I really want to avoid a diet mentality, and the guilt thing is a key part of that! Thank you for posting!0
