I had a few different recipes I've been trying out, and I usually make blog posts on ones I like with picture directions. I thought I would share them here if anyone needed some ideas. I know I like looking on here for recipes. :)

    How many servings is the Beef and Broccoli?? Also when I look at the recipe it mentions corn starch....how much? I don't see it in the list of Ingredients. Thanks, Elana

    It makes 8 servings. (big servings). oops...I fix the cornstarch part. I used flour instead because I didn't have any cornstarch on hand. lol

    I'm not sure. I would guess the broccoli would probably get soggy. Maybe not as much if it was fresh & crunchy to start with though (I used frozen brocolli not fresh).
