American Style Pancakes (those small ones that are made with self-raising flour),
my Mum's cooking,
Dorito crisps,I'm constantly dodging these!
EDIT: Tesco Bakery...eeek...LOL(which isn't easy because these Tesco Expresses keep popping up everywhere! But thats another story,ahaha.)0 -
Jelly babies - I absolutely love them - only problem is they've contributed to my jelly belly!
Bread and cheese are another combination I love!
Not chocolate fan I have to say - probably a good thing.
Oooh Buffalo Honky Dory's.
Okay - think I'll just have stop here for list could go on for ever!:laugh:0 -

Salt! I love salty food, I add salt to most of my savoury food (after cooking)...I know it effects my weight loss, I know its bad for me and I am cutting back but I would definitely say the battle is far from over0

My biggest battle is with open bags of sweets or biscuits. Once they're open, they keep calling me.
Don't think I'll ever win this battle to be honest.0 -
I battle with the urge to stuff my face as soon as I walk in home after a working day!! Out of home I can resist chocoalte, crisps, sweets - you name it. But that first hour after I get in, if the food is there it goes in my mouth! Unfortunately for my kids and husband I now don't buy any biscuits or shop bought cakes and home made cakes are somehow easier to resist!

Pastries! Every time I walk by Whole Foods those damn sweet thing! I have picked up one or two before.... But I say no more, not anymore! I'm better off going to Trader Joes.0
-
Fast food...there's always some place conveniently located no matter where you are. And I LOVE carbs, I could eat them all day, everyday.0
-
Potatoes! In any form... And some Brie and paté on bread whith a glass of wine... super-maga calories! But hey, I'm so happy with the progress I've made so far and how great I feel - I guess it's "somewhat ok"0

Lol! I'm the same  What has helped me is to get used to bitter chocolate - what you crave is present in larger amounts, so you can be content with a few pieces rather than crave ( and desperately want) 2 whole bars... know that feeling! And the guilt that goes along with it!0 -
Mars Bars, mixed nuts and Apple Crumble.0

Finding the time and energy to do the exercise I want with small children and a husband I see too little as it is.0

Just about anything, it seems. I will binge on food, only to realise, later, that it didn't even taste nice. I am working on this, though.0

hmmm - cereal! I would eat it all day if I could, ridiculous amounts of it!!! and eating out in general, I can be "good" on my own, but find it so hard to not join in with my friends and get the same thing or share crazy desserts :P0

my biggest battle is with myself, i have no will power!!! i prefer savoury to sweet stuff thank heavens i have to go out of the way to get to a greggs or i'd be stuffing steak bakes and sausage & bean melts constantly, i am a sucker for pastry i am addicted to pies really have to try and avoid those when i'm out and about. any snack in a bag is also a huge temptation to me although got a bit of a craving for chocolate at the moment0

I eat out of boredom so that has just got to stop! I also eat out, mostly because I had to move in with the parents and they dont care about thier food consumpiton and pay no attention to what thier eating. Actually, sometimes it seems that if a food can be considered healthy they best "doctor it up!"0

Being at other peoples houses or out for dinner! i find it so hard to not just shut off my brain and eat what everyone else is eating! eek!0

Bread and noodle soup!!0

Cheese! And cheese with crackers or french bread. Then I found that some cheeses irritate my stomach shortly after starting to lose weight. I'd never noticed. I guess that says a lot about how bad I was feeling at the time!
And crisps. LOTS of crisps :grumble: mostly with a few slices of cheese
You know, since I joined MFP I think I've only eaten one packet of crisps! That's incredible for me!!0 -
remember when i walk in the kitchen I dont have to eat something. Remembering when I cook dinner I dont have to taste test it 50 times and than eat dinner (again) remembering that I can stop eatting even if theres just a few bits left on the plate. ( me cleaning my plate does not solve anything only makes me fat) And this one is the hardest and I can't seem to remember To eat slow.0

Mexican food! Sooo good, especially since I'm In San Diego so close to the border.
And Carl's Jr. I have a thing for famous stars...especially now I've discovered their "trim it" option!0 -

doritos do me in too. I stop myself from having them so often that when I finally eat them I go overboard!0 -
