I've come to love spray butter! One of my favorite low-cal snacks is Edy's frozen fruit bars. With the exception of the cocnut flavor, they have about 80 calories and no fat, and they're made with real fruit. I also love Kraft string cheese. I don't like the taste of the 2% version, but even the original mozzarella is only 80 calories per stick. The best part is that it's packed with protein and no carbs, so it's a good snack on those nights when my carbs are close to going over my limit.0
